Our Commitment

ArcMate Manufacturing Corporation stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

90-Day Limited Warranty

All ArcMate products are covered under a 90-day manufacturer's warranty. Products which are not manufactured by ArcMate are exempt from this policy. Discontinued or refurbished/renewed products are exempt from thie policy and sold as-is.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

This policy only applies to the EZ Reacher Pro Plus and EZ Reacher Deluxe models. "Lifetime" refers to the usable life of the tool under normal, intended use, not the lifetime of the purchaser. These tools are designed and intended for normal, in-home use only. Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage is only covered under the below circumstances.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to ArcMate products that experience:

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Premature failure due to faulty materials or workmanship
    • Assembly or mechanical failure not caused by misuse or environmental exposure

Coverage applies only when the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by excessive outdoor exposure (including dirt, grit, moisture, corrosion, or UV damage)
    • Misuse, abuse, modification, or improper leverage
    • Consumable or wearable components (such as cups or grips)
    • Products used beyond their intended purpose
    • Discontinued or refurbished products (sold as-is, without warranty)

Product Use Clarifications

    • Indoor tools are intended for normal household use.
    • Outdoor tools are designed for typical outdoor applications but are not covered for damage resulting from excessive environmental exposure or heavy wear.
    • EZ Reacher Pro Plus and EZ Reacher Deluxe models carry a limited lifetime warranty for indoor use. 

Products are classified as indoor or outdoor use according to our website product catalog listings. 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To evaluate a warranty claim, click the button below. All claims must be submitted through the below form. Phone or verbal warranties will not be accepted. 

Resolution Options

At the discretion of ArcMate, we may either replace the product or offer a more suitable model for customer needs.

Additional Notes

    • ArcMate reserves the right to deny claims involving repeated submissions, reused images, or prior fulfilled claims.
    • Proof of purchase may be requested.
    • In some cases, a check may be issued for the original purchase price of the tool to conclude a warranty claim.
    • 6 or more broken tools may be returned to ArcMate to be recycled via our Reacher Recycling Program.
    • Phone or verbal warranty requests will not be accepted.
    • We may request the damaged tools be returned to ArcMate before concluding a warranty claim.
