We will not disclose or sell our customer’s information to any outside organization for solicitation purposes. We use information which we have received from our customers only to help provide them with better service and/or to develop new products.

We are committed to providing our shoppers with the latest security features for our online store. All of your personal information is encrypted and stored on secure servers. For your protection we offer only "secure" ordering when sending your credit card information over the internet.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy on Green Clothing and Products

Your complete satisfaction with our green clothing and eco-friendly products is our number one goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with our green clothing products or services, call or visit our store within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

If you are not satisfied with our green clothing and other product you have 30 days to return it for FULL CREDIT!

How to locate a green clothing product
 There are two ways to find green clothing or eco-friendly products in our store:
  1. In the Search Box at the top, just enter a descriptive word or phrase.
  2. You may use the drop down box for departments or catories.
  3. Also on the homepage, click on one of pictures in the recycle chasing arrows.

How to Order Green Clothing and Eco-Friendly Products

We have designed our store to be a pleasant, easy and secure shopping experience. Step-by-step instructions are listed below:

  1. When you see a green clothing product you would like to purchase, add the item to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Add To Cart" icon. The items in your shopping basket will be displayed. You may continue to shop or proceed to checkout.
  2. If you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button or the shopping cart icon. At this point you can check the shipping total, before proceeding to payment options.
  3. Fill in the required fields and check remember info and choose a password if you want the store to remember your information for future visits.
  4. If you are already a registered shopper, enter your email address and password and click the "Checkout" button.
  5. Select a shipping method for your green clothing or eco-freindly product and click the "Checkout" button.
  6. Review the summary of your green clothing order, complete the billing information and click the "Checkout" button.
  7. You should receive an email confirming your green clothing order.
  8. When your order for green clothing or eco-friendly product ships you should receive another email with the UPS Tracking Number. Just click on the link or copy and paste it into the Google search box. This should link to the page where you can see the current status and expected delivery date. You should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days – if not sooner!

We gladly accept AmEX, Discover, MasterCard and Visa, as well as organizational purchase orders.

Shipping Policies

We make every effort to ship orders for  green clothing and eco-friendly products by the next business day. Delays occasionally occur during our busiest months of March, April, and December or when items are out of stock. If your order will be delayed by more than five days, we will contact you to confirm that you would still like to receive the shipment. Please be sure to provide your daytime phone number and email address when placing an order.

We ship via UPS. Depending on your location and the size of your green clothing order you may be offered several choices in shipping. Please select the one you prefer. If no options are given, please email or call us and we will make special arrangements. We can ship nearly everywhere.

Sales Tax

State sales tax will be added to all green clothing orders shipped to California.

Prices and Availability

Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice. If prices change, we will process your order for green clothing and notify you of the difference. Some quantities are limited.
